OSHA-

We offer OSHA certified inspections of Overhead Hoists, Truck Cranes, Crawler Cranes, Mobile Cranes, Manbaskets and below the hook lifting devices.  We follow the OSHA 1910.179:, 180 and 184 with regards to overhead hoists:

This section applies to overhead and gantry cranes, including semigantry, cantilever gantry, wall cranes, storage bridge cranes, and others having the same fundamental characteristics. These cranes are grouped because they all have trolleys and similar travel characteristics.

As for the general construction we follow:

This standard applies to power-operated equipment, when used in construction, that can hoist, lower and horizontally move a suspended load. Such equipment includes, but is not limited to: Articulating cranes (such as knuckle-boom cranes); crawler cranes; floating cranes; cranes on barges; locomotive cranes; mobile cranes (such as wheel-mounted, rough-terrain, all-terrain, commercial truck-mounted, and boom truck cranes); multi-purpose machines when configured to hoist and lower (by means of a winch or hook) and horizontally move a suspended load; industrial cranes (such as carry-deck cranes); dedicated pile drivers; service/mechanic trucks with a hoisting device; a crane on a monorail

Automotive Lift Institute - 

All our inspectors are Certified through the Automotive Lift Institute. The Automotive Lift Institute sets the Standards for all automotive lift manufacturers with the ANSI/ALI ALCTV specifies the ANSI/ALI ALOIM Standard (current edition) for Operation, Inspection, and Maintenance. The ANSI/ALI ALOIM standard addresses alteration and maintenance as well as operator training and inspection.

Maritime -

OSHA Certified Inspections pertaining to Regulations Maritime
29 CFR 1917 & 1918: Accreditation To Certificate Shore-Based Equipment.

 The regulations of this part apply to employment within a marine terminal as defined in § 1917.2, including the loading, unloading, movement or other handling of cargo, ship's stores or gear within the terminal or into or out of any land carrier, holding or consolidation area, any other activity within and associated with the overall operation and functions of the terminal, such as the use and routine maintenance of facilities and equipment. All cargo transfer accomplished with the use of shore-based material handling devices shall be regulated by this part.

American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME)-

We also follow the ASME B30 standards, these are identified as the “Safety Standard for Cableways, Cranes, Derricks, Hoists, Hooks, Jacks, and Slings.”
